Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our mission-driven organization. The Reporting Analyst will work closely with government stakeholders, integration leadership, data management teams, and project managers to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting in support of deployment, integration, escalation, and executive decision-making.
This role manages complex schedule creation for a wide variety of applications and systems used by the client. The position serves as an important member of our integration team, supporting the scheduling activities required for delivery of all interface-related deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have proven success working with development teams as well as other internal stakeholders to provide information required for meeting contract deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality assurance and data integrity across all reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Monitor, maintain, and update reporting and interface tracking artifacts using SharePoint and other enterprise tools.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile qualitative and quantitative data from multiple data sources.
- Work within established communication and governance processes to receive, document, and disseminate updates from integration of leadership, change management, and reporting teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Microsoft Project Manager, JIRA, Data Management, CGS Analytics, Power BI, Apex) to ensure reporting updates align with deployment milestones, localization activities, and cutover events.
- Prepare, review, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to internal leadership and government clients.
- Draft clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and executive-level briefing materials.
- Support escalation reporting, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
- Attend and/or facilitate internal and external meetings as required
- Attend and/or facilitate external client meetings, including list synchronization meetings.
- Produce executive-level reports and dashboards.

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):
- Bachelor’s plus a minimum of 5 years of reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
- Efficient with written and oral communication
- Familiar with Office 365 applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with Milestone Pro preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of management.
- Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred.
- Required travel up to 20%
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
