About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Fullstack Engineer

to join a fast-moving product and digital experience team

focused on building high-quality customer-facing web experiences.

This role is

ideal for someone who is frontend-first but comfortable owning the full stack - including CMS platforms, backend services, analytics integrations, deployment workflows, and performance optimization.

You will

work closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to build scalable digital experiences, improve conversion journeys, and deliver polished, high-performance web products used by millions of users.

The role requires strong ownership, high execution capability, product thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend & Fullstack Development

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Own frontend architecture, reusable components, and overall digital experience quality.
• Develop and maintain backend integrations, APIs, and supporting services.
• Ensure responsive, performant, and polished user experiences across platforms.

CMS, Analytics & Integrations

• Work with CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, or similar tools.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external services.
• Support analytics tracking, monitoring, and experimentation initiatives.
• Maintain scalable and reliable content publishing workflows.

Performance & Engineering Excellence

• Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, and frontend reliability.
• Implement testing, observability, monitoring, and deployment best practices.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support development and evolution of design systems and component libraries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and Leadership stakeholders.
• Translate creative and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take end-to-end ownership from scoping to deployment and production validation.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 4–8 years of experience in Fullstack or Frontend Engineering roles.
• Strong production experience with

TypeScript, React, and Next.js (or similar frameworks such as SvelteKit).

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and modern web development practices.
• Experience working with

CMS platforms such as Sanity or Contentful.

• Experience

building and maintaining APIs and backend services.

• Strong understanding of analytics integrations, observability, and testing.
• Experience owning deployments and production release workflows.
• Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar platforms.

Good to Have

• Experience with localization/internationalization architecture.
• Exposure to privacy compliance and cookie consent implementations.
• Experience maintaining design systems or shared component libraries.
• Experience writing technical documentation and developer-facing resources.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer products, gaming, digital experiences, or high-traffic web platforms.
• Strong product thinking and experimentation mindset.
