Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (AI Systems & R&D) to build scalable, high-performance web applications and drive innovation in AI-powered frontend development.

This role goes beyond traditional UI engineering. You will actively contribute to research and development (R&D) in next-generation UI systems powered by AI, including building intelligent workflows, MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, and exploring how generative interfaces can redefine frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build modern web applications using React.js / Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Develop reusable, scalable UI components and maintain a robust component library
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate closely with designers
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness

AI & R&D Focus

• Drive extensive research and experimentation on next-gen UI development using AI
• Explore and implement AI-driven workflows for UI development (code generation, refactoring, automation)
• Design and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable context-aware AI interactions within applications
• Build and experiment with RAG-based systems for UI/component/code retrieval
• Research and prototype design-to-code systems (Figma → production-ready UI using AI)
• Contribute to building an AI-powered UI platform, including:
• Intelligent component libraries
• Context-aware developer tools
• AI-assisted UI generation pipelines
• Investigate GenUI (Generative UI) and adaptive interfaces based on user intent
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and approaches in AI + frontend engineering

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.S. / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in Frontend / UI Development
• Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Next.js
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, etc.)
• Experience building scalable UI systems and component libraries
• Good understanding of TypeScript and modern frontend architecture
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing unit tests and following good development practices (TDD is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, LLM workflows, etc.)
• Understanding or hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI integration patterns
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Exposure to design-to-code automation tools
• Familiarity with design systems and Figma workflows
• Basic knowledge of backend or full-stack development
• Strong interest in AI, GenUI, and future UI paradigms
