Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Strategist at our company, you will be responsible for driving our B2B SaaS customer acquisition efforts through strategic paid media campaigns. Your main tasks will include owning our paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels, optimizing our marketing spend, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate our growth trajectory. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies across LinkedIn, Google/Bing Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage substantial monthly ad spend while maintaining and improving KPIs.
- Create and optimize full-funnel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and leverage data insights to refine targeting and messaging.
- Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications Required:
- 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years focused on paid media.
- Proven track record of managing successful LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), etc.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Data-driven approach to optimization and budget allocation.
