A leading company in marketing solutions is hiring a Creative Strategist to join their team. Located Hoboken, NJ or San Bruno, CA, this Temp role offers the opportunity to develop innovative brand strategies and impactful narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement forward-thinking marketing and creative plans for advertisers based on collaborative insights.
• Participate in cross-team planning to develop and optimize targeted media and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for major brands, ensuring consistency with overarching marketing objectives.
• Craft compelling storylines and communicate creative concepts effectively across different departments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, measuring impact and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Lead the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain workflow.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding project status, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing or creative roles within retail, tech, or media sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or related field.
• Strong business acumen with strategic planning expertise to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in developing customer-facing reports.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and delivering results on tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of brand storytelling and the ability to craft impactful narratives across channels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
