Role Description The Representative role at Onion Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Representative will support client engagements by coordinating meetings, gathering and documenting business requirements, and assisting in the implementation of performance improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients and internal teams, preparing reports and presentations, and tracking the progress of ongoing projects. The role also involves handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that client interactions reflect Onion Group’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support performance improvement activities and interpret data or feedback.
• Comfort with basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and digital communication platforms.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, with an interest in consulting, service operations, or performance improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at different levels of the organization and work on-site in a structured, professional environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or a related field, and prior experience in customer service, coordination, or support roles.
