Position Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and improve paid advertising across Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram).

This role is ideal for someone analytical, hands-on, and performance-driven who wants to grow with a serious company. You will manage campaigns across multiple brands and product categories, helping generate profitable sales, improve return on ad spend, and scale winning products.

We are looking for someone who can both execute daily campaign management and think strategically about growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon PPC

  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and expansion
  • Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and campaign structure
  • Improve TACOS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion performance
  • Support ranking campaigns and new product launches
  • Analyze search term reports and remove wasteful spend

Google Ads

  • Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns
  • Improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion volume
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
  • Optimize product feeds and shopping campaigns
  • Track landing page performance and conversion opportunities

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

  • Manage prospecting, retargeting, catalog, and conversion campaigns
  • Build and test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
  • Improve CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Coordinate with content team on winning ad creatives
  • Scale high-performing campaigns profitably

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build weekly performance reports across all channels
  • Monitor spend, revenue, attribution, and profitability
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
  • Recommend budget allocation across channels
  • Work closely with leadership on growth strategy

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with data
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset
  • On-site availability in Toronto
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing e-commerce brands
  • Experience with Shopify conversion tracking
  • Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
  • Experience with Looker Studio, dashboards, or reporting tools
  • Creative testing experience
  • Marketing, business, or analytics education
