We are committed to excellence,&nbsp;collaboration, and driving positive change in our industry.</p> <p><br><strong>Position Objective:&nbsp;</strong><br>The Assistant Project Manager will be supporting the execution of projects, starting with the engineering&nbsp;and procurement phase, and leading up to commercial operation. Qualifying candidates will have a&nbsp;demonstrated track record of success in working cohesively across several project support functions&nbsp;including development, engineering, construction, and finance to meet scheduled project completion&nbsp;dates.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Coordinating and supporting multiple project schedules, budgets, and financial requirements&nbsp;with competing deadlines and resources across companywide functional teams.<br>• Working with engineers and project managers to document product or contractor specifications&nbsp;and work scopes during planning stages.<br>• Assisting Project Manager(s) with submittal compilation, purchase orders, on-site job walk-throughs, change orders request for information, pay application support and close-out&nbsp;documents.<br>• Preparing project controls, budget setup, schedules of values/billing mechanisms, and maintain&nbsp;each in at the direction of the Project Manager(s).<br>• Providing steady and reliable communication while also managing complicated schedules,&nbsp;budgets, contractors, people, risks, and other resources.<br>• Assisting in ensuring all safety, quality, and environmental policies of the Company and project&nbsp;owners are followed by all project personnel.</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Construction Management or Engineering.<br>• 2+ years of experience supporting operations, engineering or construction.<br>• Solar engineering or construction experience preferred, but not required.<br>• Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and organizational capacity to manage&nbsp;multiple projects.<br>• Self-motivated and self -starter, with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and&nbsp;accountability.<br>• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.<br>• Must possess strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills.<br>• Self-motivated with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability.<br>• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office/365 is a ‘must’, project management, and CRM&nbsp;software such as Salesforce a plus.<br>• Must have a “roll up your sleeves and let’s get the job done right” type attitude.<br>• Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility.<br>• Ability to travel and access sites of varying terrain. Position requires frequent travel, up to 1-2&nbsp;weeks per month or about 20% of working time; must carry an active driver’s license with&nbsp;acceptable driving record.<br>• A willingness to contribute to our culture which thrives on building trust and holding one&nbsp;another accountable.</p> <p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$65,000-$85,000 (Exempt)</p> <p>OneEnergy’s compensation packages are dependent on an array of factors including, but not limited to&nbsp;skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other&nbsp;organizational needs.
