Reliable Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, laptops, printers, basic hardware, and internet systems are essential to ensure that daily work such as communication, documentation, billing, coordination, inventory management, and business operations runs without interruption.

We are looking for a dependable Hardware & IT Support person who can manage basic office IT infrastructure and ensure that all systems are working smoothly on a daily basis.

Role Description

This is a full-time/on-site Hardware & IT Support role for Om Drishian, located in Delhi, India.

As a Hardware & IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for checking and maintaining the company’s day-to-day IT setup, including Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, modems, printers, laptops, desktops, cables, basic software, and related office technology.

The ideal candidate should be practical, hands-on, quick at troubleshooting, and able to identify and resolve common IT issues before they affect daily work. The person should also coordinate with internet service providers, hardware vendors, and repair technicians whenever required.
