Job Description

You will be working as an Account Manager/Integrated Producer in OLIVER, a global marketing agency that specializes in creating bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. Your role will be a hybrid one based in Gurgaon, India. OLIVER has partnered with adidas to establish a dedicated global centralised adaptation team that focuses on delivering all global localised remastering and adaptation needs for the brand.

**Role Overview:**

As an Account Manager/Integrated Producer at OLIVER, you will be responsible for managing large brand campaigns across various channels including Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH, Ecom, and Paid Media. You will work closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality work, anticipate and rectify issues, manage project timelines, and ensure the best practice production process is implemented.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • End to end management of all asset creation across different channels
  • Interrogate and adapt client briefs for production and studio requirements
  • Forecast and plan workloads with clients
  • Brief creative team and execute QC of assets before sharing with clients
  • Manage project timelines, estimate job durations, and communicate milestones
  • Oversee creative output to maintain high quality across all projects
  • Implement best practice production processes within OLIVER and with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver the best work possible

**Qualifications Required:**

  • 2-4 years of experience in an agency/high volume production environment
  • Experience in advertising, preferably in sports and lifestyle category
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and AfterEffects
  • Passion for sport, particularly the adidas brand
  • Comfortable working with remote clients and teams in different time zones
