Wright City Locations:

First Shift (6am - 2pm): Starting Pay $20.00 per hour

Second Shift (2pm - 10pm): Starting Pay $22.00 per hour (Includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential)

* Overtime is required on all shifts based on production needs.

Warrenton Location:

First Shift (7am - 3pm or 5am - 1pm): Starting Pay $20.00 per hour

Second Shift (3pm - 11pm): Starting Pay $22.00 per hour (Includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential)

Third Shift (11pm - 7am): Starting Pay $22.00 per hour (Includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential)

* Overtime is required on all shifts based on production needs.

What You'll Get to Do

Job responsibilities include:

Moving materials (primarily glass) using vacuum lift assist equipment, manually lifting, and moving mobile carts from one position/location to another to facilitate the production process
Understanding the schedule and the inventory requirements to keep production on schedule
Performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, such as cleaning and inspecting
Understanding and applying inspection procedures and tolerances to pass or reject materials and/or products

What We’re Looking For

Prior manufacturing experience
Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Able to write, perform basic math, and read a tape measure
Punctual and excellent attendance
Be available for overtime and emergency work
