Job Description

As an HCM Analyst with OMES you will enjoy:

Job Details

  • Full-time 40-hour work weeks.

  • Support the HCM – Center of Excellence team

  • Salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 based on education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Workday Center of Excellence ticket queue in accordance with the outlined procedure; this includes assisting customers with questions, troubleshooting issues, and assigning to appropriate parties.

  • Intake requests for Workday enhancements in alignment with the established governance process from HR staff across the state 

  • Ask clarifying questions to understand the business need and desired outcome.

  • Investigate system capabilities using Workday Community and internal documentation to identify potential solutions.

  • Summarize findings clearly and present potential solutions to stakeholders

  • Support basic testing of updates once configuration is completed.

  • Assist with updates to guidance, job aids, and process documentation.

  • Help identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve user experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the work day.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field

Preference will be given to candidates who possess

  • Experience with Workday or similar HCM system

  • Experience working in an HR team

  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow or other work management system
