Role Overview
We're hiring freshers to join our development team as Junior Developers. You'll build and maintain real-world e-commerce applications using modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code). This is a hands-on role with mentorship and clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features for Magento 2 and WordPress platforms
- Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) for efficient development
- Set up and manage local development environment using DDEV/Docker
- Follow Git workflows: feature branching, pull requests, code reviews
- Write clean, secure, and well-documented code
- Debug and resolve issues reported by QA or clients
- Learn and implement e-commerce integrations (payment gateways, APIs)
Requirements
Required Skills
- Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA )
- Languages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Database: MySQL (CRUD, JOINs)
- Version Control: Git basics
- Communication: Good English
Good to Have
- Magento 2 or WordPress experience
- Docker or DDEV knowledge
- Linux command line basics
- REST API understanding
- AI coding tools exposure
