Senior Hiring Manager – Blueberry Start-Up Plant

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead the establishment and operations of our Blueberry Start-Up Plant. This is a leadership role suited for someone with deep expertise in the agrochemical industry and a passion for building efficient, future-ready agricultural operations from the ground up.

Experience Required:

• 20–25 years in the agrochemical / agriculture industry
• Extensive experience in plant setup, operations, and scale-up
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of the blueberry plant, including planning, setup, and commissioning
• Oversee agrochemical processes, crop nutrition strategies, and plant health management
• Ensure efficient plant operations with a focus on productivity, cost optimization, and sustainability
• Establish and implement SOPs, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory norms
• Manage procurement, supply chain, and vendor relationships
• Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams for seamless operations
• Drive innovation in cultivation techniques, irrigation systems, and yield enhancement
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency

• Greenfield project execution and plant commissioning
• Agrochemical formulations, fertilizers, and crop protection knowledge
• Blueberry cultivation techniques – soil management, fertigation, irrigation systems
• Automation, process optimization, and modern farming technologies

• Strong financial acumen and cost control strategies
