Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead the establishment and operations of our Blueberry Start-Up Plant. This is a leadership role suited for someone with deep expertise in the agrochemical industry and a passion for building efficient, future-ready agricultural operations from the ground up.
Experience Required:
- 20–25 years in the agrochemical / agriculture industry
- Extensive experience in plant setup, operations, and scale-up
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of the blueberry plant, including planning, setup, and commissioning
- Oversee agrochemical processes, crop nutrition strategies, and plant health management
- Ensure efficient plant operations with a focus on productivity, cost optimization, and sustainability
- Establish and implement SOPs, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory norms
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and vendor relationships
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Drive innovation in cultivation techniques, irrigation systems, and yield enhancement
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency
