Pricing Coordinator

About the Role

As the Pricing & Supply Chain Coordinator (Exports), you will play a key role in supporting our export-focused commercial strategy by developing competitive pricing solutions for international logistics flows and contributing to the development and strengthening of our network of overseas suppliers and carriers.

Reporting to the National Pricing & Procurement Manager, you will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth execution of pricing strategies, strong supplier partnerships, and effective transitions for both new and existing business activities. This role offers excellent exposure to market dynamics, negotiations, and strategic decision-making in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and prepare accurate, competitive pricing quotations to support business growth
• Provide internal teams and customers with relevant market intelligence and pricing strategies to support informed decision-making
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, services, and pricing strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and supplier partners, including by: evaluating logistics solutions and service offerings;

-developing cost models and pricing structures;

-participating in carrier rate negotiations;

-preparing and managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs);

• Proactively identify customer service or supplier performance issues and escalate them as needed to ensure timely resolution
• Recommend and improve internal tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost accuracy
• Participate in strategic discussions related to procurement, supplier selection, and service delivery
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective integration and transition of new and existing business
• Support capacity planning by collaborating with Customer Service, Key Accounts, and Business Intelligence teams to analyze volumes and forecasts
• Prepare reports and analyses related to volumes, forecasts, and contractual negotiations
• Contribute to supplier and contract management, including maintaining supplier data and supporting contract administration and amendments
• Perform any other related duties or special projects as assigned

Language Requirement

Proficiency in French is required for this position, as the incumbent will regularly communicate, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, clients, and partners within Quebec.

Proficiency in English is also required, as the incumbent will regularly communicate, both verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, carriers, and international partners located outside of Quebec. These communications are essential to the performance of export-related responsibilities and cannot be effectively conducted in French alone.
