Role Description The Help Desk Support Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Grove City, OH. This role provides frontline technical support for desktop computers, peripherals, and related systems, responding to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools. The technician will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, perform basic computer repair, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring equipment, maintaining accurate documentation of support activities, and ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets in accordance with service standards. The technician will collaborate with IT team members and internal stakeholders to support a reliable, secure, and efficient technology environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
