This job supports a detailed roadmap with defined capabilities for digital and telehealth products. Operates autonomously to own and drive a product feature. Actively participates in and contributes to business planning. Leads product strategy documents for future release and identifies meaningful components of competitive analysis that inform decisions for the product roadmap.

Education

Required – Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field.

Preferred – Master’s degree in business, technical, or related field.

Work Experience

Required – 2 years of product manager or other relevant experience. Experience in product lifecycle management or working in software development environment.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Ability to operate autonomously to own and drive a product feature.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications and ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to further the mission of the product team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use a creative approach.
  • Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Duties

  • Drives feature prioritization and feature definition for digital and telemedicine products.
  • Engages with customers and stakeholders through existing channels to capture the voice of the customer and use it for feature design.
  • Defines the requirements for the feature, including how to measure, and drives scoping and feature implementation with the software development team.
  • Provides effective status updates on the feature to digital and telemedicine leadership.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve existing product(s) and propose ideas to leaders on the team.
  • Measures the effectiveness of the feature.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
