Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service support to commercial vehicle customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to warranty handling, field service, and technical services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts replacement, repairs, and servicing of buses and heavy vehicles (HCV) under warranty.
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services.
