Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations &
- Logistics: Manage daily office procedures, including office supplies, vendor coordination, inventory maintenance, and ensuring facilities are equipped for both in-person and remote staff.
- Support &
- Coordination: Coordinate schedules for meetings, workshops, and company events, often handling travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Data &
- Record Management: Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems, company databases, and employee records with high confidentiality.
- Finance &
- Compliance Support: Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, invoice processing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
- Technology Familiarity: Support the onboarding of new employees, including setting up workstations and assisting with IT equipment deployment.
