About the Role

Nway Technologies is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT and Non-IT positions. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced recruiters with strong sourcing expertise are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities -

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other job portals.
• Utilize Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques to identify quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.

Screening & Coordination

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collect and maintain candidate documents and records.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Share candidate profiles and obtain interview feedback.
• Assist in offer rollout and onboarding activities.

Recruitment Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
• Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Experience with Boolean Search and LinkedIn X-Ray Search (preferred).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
