Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist / Sales Manager / Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand visibility for NUTRIBLITZ’s product range in Rajkot and surrounding markets. This full-time hybrid role involves building and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients while executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring effective product placement and merchandising. The role also includes coordinating digital and offline marketing initiatives, preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and collaborating with internal teams for product launches and customer feedback. While based in Rajkot, some work from home is acceptable for planning, reporting, and online marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Candidates should possess marketing and branding skills, such as campaign execution, promotional planning, and basic knowledge of FMCG marketing tactics.
• Candidates should possess digital marketing skills, including social media handling, online promotion, and familiarity with content and performance-based marketing.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and customer service orientation.
• Candidates should possess analytical and planning skills, including market research, data interpretation, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, food and beverages, or consumer products sales and marketing is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Rajkot, manage field visits, and use CRM or basic sales tracking tools efficiently.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
