What you’ll do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods against purchase orders, bills of lading, and shipping documents; report any discrepancies or damages.
• Accurately record receiving information, quality checks, and inventory transactions in company systems.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to store, move, and organize materials in designated storage locations.
• Transport raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and waste materials to support production schedules and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks, identify discrepancies, and report inventory variances to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform basic operational and production support activities, including material handling, visual inspections, weight checks, and reporting quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning equipment, work areas, and ensuring proper housekeeping standards at all times.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, identify and report hazards, and promptly communicate equipment issues, defects, or non-compliance concerns to supervisors.

Who we’re looking for

• Solid background in warehouse with 2-3 + years of experience and understanding of warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift operations (forklift certification is an asset)
• Availability to work in regular 8 hours shift time.

You’ll also need

• Knowledge of working in a safe way with understanding of safety aspects
• Strong communication skills, structured and organized approach
• Team player with efficient team communication skills
• This is a shift job: morning and afternoon mostly but may have night shifts if required
• Interview Process: In-person interview followed by forklift driving test (10 mins test)
