With consistent month-on-month growth and a strong customer base, we are building a dedicated backend operations and marketing team in Bengaluru to scale our digital presence and drive performance globally.

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Manager to manage and scale Google Ads campaigns for the UK market. This role is critical to driving revenue through high-intent traffic and optimising return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Oversee Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research and bid strategy optimisation
• Perform daily campaign monitoring and performance analysis
• A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
• Work closely with SEO and CRO teams to improve conversion funnels
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Strong experience with ecommerce and Shopping campaigns
• Proven track record of managing large ad budgets
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience with feed optimisation tools

Preferred

• Experience in UK ecommerce market
• Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms
