Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager – Retail and Backend Operations

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager to handle complete accounting and financial operations for our growing retail baby shop business.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and be capable of independently managing daily financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Monitaring day-to-day accounting entries

✅ Managing accounts payable & receivable

✅ Bank reconciliation and cash flow management

✅ GST filing and tax-related work

✅ TDS, payroll accounting & statutory compliance

✅ Preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & MIS reports

✅ Vendor payment follow-up and reconciliations

✅ Inventory/accounting coordination with retail stores

✅ Billing, invoicing & purchase entry management

✅ Assisting in audits and financial documentation

✅ Monitoring expenses and cost control

Requirements

✔ B.Com / CMA qualification preferred

✔ 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience

✔ Experience in retail / garment / baby products industry preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

✔ Good analytical and reporting skills

✔ Ability to work independently and handle multiple branches/accounts
