Salesforce Senior Developer - Service Cloud and Field Service Solutions - Remote Canada Position

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service. Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and optimize queries using SOQL/SOSL. Lead and support integrations with external systems using middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft. Participate in DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and support enterprise-level multi-org implementations. Troubleshoot production issues, provide enhancements, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 7+ years of Salesforce Development Required. 7+ years experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL/SOSL. 5+ years experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions in enterprise environments. 5+ years experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms. Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and multi-org environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently. Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist preferred. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required. Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Field Service Consultant certification
