Job Description
As a Skilled HR Administrator at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of human resources operations with solid administration experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding a team of administrators in tasks related to employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee records maintenance, and HR policy implementation.
- Managing data related to employee information, job history, working experiences, dependent information, leaves records, transfers, and salary progression.
- Providing team leadership to HR Administrators, offering guidance, mentoring, and support as needed.
- Ensuring accurate and timely updates of the system for payroll and reports processing.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely action on contracts due for renewal before expiration.
- Assisting HR business partners in developing new HR services in a specific area of specialization.
- Offering advanced HR administration support when required.
- Analyzing HR data to extract insights, trends, and metrics for decision-making.
- Executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, HR leadership, and external partners to achieve common goals.
You should have a solid understanding of relevant HR policies, procedures, and best practices across various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Additionally, you must possess relevant understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure all HR activities adhere to legal standards. Your qualifications and experience should include:
Qualifications
- Completion or working towards completion of a diploma or degree in a Human Resources field or similar is highly beneficial.
Experience
- Solid relevant experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
- Solid relevant administrative support experience.
- Solid experience working on HRIS software and other HR-related software tools.
- Track record of introducing innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance HR operations.
