Fullstack AI Engineer ( Gen AI 3+ YEARS)

• *Role & responsibilities**

We are hiring a Python Full Stack Developer with GenAI expertise .Were looking for a highly capable developer with 3-5 years of experience in building scalable backend systems and interactive frontends, preferably in AI-driven environments. This role also involves **mentoring and guiding the R&D team** and **acting as a technical lead** to drive innovation, experimentation, and delivery of AI solutions.

• Design and develop end-to-end AI-driven applications
• Build and integrate APIs for AI models (LLMs, ML services)
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices
• Build frontend interfaces for AI-powered applications

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns within the R&D team
• Review code, provide technical direction, and ensure best practices

• Implement AI pipelines (data ingestion, processing, inference)
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of systems
