Job Overview
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will own a book of business (a roster of client accounts) and own the SEO strategy from concept to completion for your accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for client websites to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to inform website structure, content plans and ongoing optimization.
- Write, design, publish, index and optimize website content for maximum visibility and ranking.
- Execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor and analyze site health, ensuring sites are in the top 10% for health scores.
- Build custom reports with GA4 and Looker Studio to provide the most relevant information for clients.
- Provide monthly performance summaries, joining or running client calls as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, and core SEO principles.
- Experience with SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and WordPress
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
salary
Bottom of salary range $64,400
Top of salary range $78,800
