We are a technology startup specializing in the automation of financial and accounting processes for European companies.

Our product, Nova, is an AI-powered finance agent integrated with Microsoft Teams and ERP systems, designed to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency and accuracy in finance teams.

Our clients are primarily CFOs, Finance Directors, and accounting leaders who are looking to modernize their finance operations, reduce manual processes, and implement automation in their workflows.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and accelerate our outbound sales efforts in European markets (Netherlands, Ireland, Nordics).

You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and booking sales meetings, while contributing to early-stage sales conversations.

You will also participate in sales calls together with experienced team members and progressively increase your involvement in the sales process.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong written and spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

KEY RESPONISBILITES

Outbound and Lead Engagement

  • Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone and outbound campaigns
  • Follow up on leads generated through automated outreach tools
  • Perform cold calling to generate and confirm meetings

Lead Qualification

  • Identify whether a lead fits our ideal customer profile
  • Ask structured qualification questions via message or call
  • Understand basic business needs, especially around finance processes and automation

Meeting Generation

  • Book qualified meetings with prospects
  • Coordinate availability and confirm schedules
  • Ensure high attendance rates through reminders and follow-ups

Sales Conversations and Call Participation

  • Join sales calls together with experienced technical team members
  • Support early-stage conversations with prospects
  • Take notes and summarize key insights after meetings
  • Gradually increase involvement in live sales discussions

Pipeline and CRM Management

  • Track conversations and update CRM
  • Maintain organized and accurate pipeline data
  • Support follow-ups and next steps after meetings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and spoken English (professional, client-facing level)
  • 24+ years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or customer-facing B2B roles
  • Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience with phone-based communication (including cold calling)
  • Comfortable interacting with international clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate clearly with senior business profiles such as CFOs and Finance Directors
  • Ability to understand business problems and identify opportunities
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
  • Exposure to finance, accounting, or ERP-related topics
