Job Description
Become a key player in mental health service delivery as a Clinical Leader at Nova Scotia Health, Prime Brook. This full-time position requires passionate leadership within the Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team. As a Clinical Leader, your collaboration with the Clinical Manager will ensure effective day-to-day clinical service operations.
The position involves hands-on work as a therapist while also guiding a team towards evidence-based treatment methodologies. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of quality improvement and developing procedures to enhance clinical practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outpatient mental health and addictions services
- Directly provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Establish standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Identify and facilitate service improvement initiatives
- Support team leadership in client-centered care Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, or counseling
- Must hold applicable professional license
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Competency in therapeutic intervention techniques
