Mental Health Clinical Leader Role

Become a key player in mental health service delivery as a Clinical Leader at Nova Scotia Health, Prime Brook. This full-time position requires passionate leadership within the Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team. As a Clinical Leader, your collaboration with the Clinical Manager will ensure effective day-to-day clinical service operations.

The position involves hands-on work as a therapist while also guiding a team towards evidence-based treatment methodologies. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of quality improvement and developing procedures to enhance clinical practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outpatient mental health and addictions services
• Directly provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Establish standard operating procedures and guidelines
• Identify and facilitate service improvement initiatives
• Support team leadership in client-centered care Requirements:
• Master's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, or counseling
• Must hold applicable professional license
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Competency in therapeutic intervention techniques
