Join a diverse team as a Clinical Pharmacist providing patient-centered care. Play a key role in outpatient and inpatient pharmaceutical services, ensuring safety and effective therapy. Working closely with the Manager of Clinical Services, you will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care while mentoring students.
Your responsibilities include patient counseling, medication monitoring, and drug utilization reviews. Engage in clinical research and collaborate with community pharmacies as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in patient counseling and medication reviews
- Mentor pharmacy students during their training
- Collaborate with community pharmacists for patient care
- Conduct drug utilization reviews and research projects
- Maintain high standards of medication safety Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital setting
- BLS certification required for healthcare practice
- Proven communication skills required; strong teaching capability
