About the position
notifyMD is eagerly awaiting your application for our Full Time Positions! Come join our team as a Customer Success Specialist as we are ramping up for the summer months to service our many commercial accounts in the HVAC and maintenance industries. You will work in a front desk reception function taking messages, and getting callers in touch with those that can help them and their emergency situations. You will be a part of a passionate and friendly team, working in a fast-paced environment. We are currently hiring for Full Time - 10 Hour Shift, Onsite positions.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handling incoming calls
- Greeting callers with a polite and pleasant tone
- Gathering and relaying required information
- Verifying and entering information accurately into our system
Requirements
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Good attendance
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Availability to work one weekend day
