Role Overview:
As a Client Servicing /Account Manager , you will be the driving force behind ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and the work delivered is of the highest quality.
Acting as both a project manager and a strategic advisor, your role will be to understand client business goals, craft tailored digital strategies, and lead the integration of marketing efforts across platforms.
You will manage a team to ensure timely delivery, collaborate closely with media partners, and continuously seek innovative solutions for clients in the Tech or FMCG sectors .

Responsibilities: Client Strategy & Digital Leadership: Formulate & Oversee Strategy: Develop digital marketing strategies that align with client goals, ensuring all recommendations are consistent with their business objectives.
Client Integration: Take the lead in integrating and aligning the client’s media efforts across digital channels, acting as the cornerstone for future work.
Research & Data Insights: Leverage 3rd party research tools and methodologies to shape client conversations, offering data-driven insights to inform strategy.
Innovative Solutions: Continuously identify new, innovative opportunities that add value to the client’s business and align with their long-term goals.
Platform Mastery: Stay abreast of emerging digital trading platforms and advise on their potential for the client’s digital strategy.
Be a driver for scaling digital opportunities. Client & Team Relationship Management: Media & Partner Relations: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with media partners, ensuring that media owners are aligned with the client’s needs and vision.
Team Collaboration: Lead and manage internal teams effectively, ensuring that assignments are organized and executed efficiently.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Client Communication: Build and maintain a deep understanding of your client’s business, providing proactive solutions and recommendations.
Communicate complex strategies clearly and confidently in client meetings.
Regular Reporting: Provide timely updates and clear communication to internal stakeholders and clients.
Manage status meetings, ensuring goals and objectives are met. Project & Resource Management: Timely Delivery: Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Client Requests: Serve as the first point of contact for clients’ project requests, handling changes and clarifications efficiently, and ensuring internal teams understand requirements.
Resource Management: Manage resources within the agency, providing accurate time and cost estimates for client work, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate sharp strategic thinking and effective problem-solving abilities when challenges arise, ensuring minimal impact on campaign performance. Leadership & Development: Team Leadership: Lead by example, offering guidance and mentorship to junior account management staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Training & Development: Help train and develop internal staff by offering coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
Client Development: Drive the growth of accounts by identifying additional opportunities and offering valuable insights that align with client goals.
Required Skills &
Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital advertising agency or with a tech or FMCG client base. Proven track record in managing client relationships, delivering integrated advertising campaigns, and driving results.
