Join us as a Broker Support Specialist, a critical role where you provide outstanding operational support to insurance brokers. This full-time position supports a thriving team focused on client satisfaction and efficient processing of insurance transactions.

You will be instrumental in facilitating communication between brokers and clients while ensuring compliance with operational procedures. The role involves processing applications, assisting with internal audits, and managing accounts accurately. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing insurance applications and transactions
  • Resolve internal issues collaborating with brokers
  • Manage client inquiries and maintain confidentiality
  • Document activities accurately within the Broker Management System
  • Contribute to accounting duties and payment processing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
  • 2 years’ administrative or client service experience required
  • Familiarity with CMS or Broker Management Systems valued
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures necessary
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license required
