We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team for the summer through the Government of Canada’s Canada Summer Jobs program. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities. This role is an integral part of the Northern Lights Health Foundation, providing crucial support to the Fund Development Team. This role involves coordinating logistics for annual events, managing stakeholder communication, and handling day-to-day office tasks, ensuring efficient workflow to enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives and effectively advance the foundation's mission.

Desired Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in technology and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience or interest in coordinating event logistics and managing stakeholder communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Enrollment in or completion of a certificate, diploma, or degree in business administration, communications, event management, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
