Role Description The Power Plant Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Solon, OH, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of landfill gas-to-energy power plant equipment and systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring plant performance, adjusting controls to meet power output and efficiency targets, and performing routine inspections of the engine, compressors, and support equipment. The operator will respond to alarms, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate with operations team to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance. Qualifications
