Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South, suitable for freshers who can join immediately. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, understanding their property and service requirements, and clearly explaining NoBroker’s offerings. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, converting prospects into paying customers, and meeting daily and monthly sales targets. Day-to-day activities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and providing courteous, solution-focused customer support. The role also requires proactively sharing feedback from customers to help improve products, processes, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with an interest in working in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries to sales.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear, confident phone etiquette.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru South, with flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends if required.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tools will be beneficial.
• Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome; prior internship or experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, high ownership, resilience under pressure, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
