Our Unisex Salon & Wellness is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our new salon team in Athikulam, K Pudur, Madurai.
Responsibilities
- Perform men's and women's haircuts with attention to customer preferences
- Provide professional hair styling, blow-dry, and finishing services
- Perform hair coloring, highlights, global color, and basic hair treatments
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care services based on customer needs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Consult with customers and provide a premium salon experience
- Handle customers professionally and build good customer relationships
- Support junior team members and maintain salon service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a hair stylist in a salon environment
- Good knowledge of current haircut and styling trends
- Experience in hair coloring and treatments preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a professional salon team
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance incentives (based on experience and skills)
