This is an FMCG brand who distibute products globally, across B2B and D2C channels. They are actively growing their brand presence both in the UK and globally and also building across ecommerce and Amazon. With a new brand acquisition in the pipeline and serious growth ambitions, this is a business on the move.

About the Job

This is the lead marketing role for the brand portfolio reprioting into the Head of Marketing. You'll take full ownership of brand strategy and execution, developing annual brand plans, driving product launches, managing spend and ensuring every investment delivers measurable results. It's a commercially focused, hands-on position where you'll work closely with the digital content team, ecommerce and Amazon team, influencer manager and ads managers.

Day to day you'll be conducting market and competitor research, managing brand collateral, overseeing product and promotional costings, supporting global distribution strategies, and leading cross-functional campaign delivery. There's real variety here, from web content and product descriptions to brand exhibitions and new market expansion. You'll also play a key role in nurturing relationships with the sales team, who are targeting wholesalers, helping to align brand activity with commercial objectives.

About the Candidate

You'll have proven brand management or marketing experience, within an FMCG environment. You'll be commercially sharp, highly organised, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing attention to detail. Beyond the skills, we're looking for a specific type of person, hungry, driven, relationship-focused, and someone who brings real energy and a positive attitude to everything they do.
