PLEASE NOTE: This hybrid position is 4 days/week at our Downtown Toronto Head Office (Mondays to Thursdays) and Fridays (remote office) and is an individual contributor.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a curious, driven, and passionate person who loves retail and has a deep understanding of marketing strategies such as retail marketing elements in store, support visual Merchandising and deliver the ultimate consumer experience at our Nike Store Partner doors nationally. This individual should be able to demonstrate proven retail brand store planning within marketing elements, think strategically, and is a strong collaborator that can work seamlessly across functions. This individual needs to be a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ideal candidate is a creative thought-partner who possesses the ability to influence decision-making. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, positive and collaborative team environment and is flexible on work hours.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role is responsible for supporting the retail brand leads on seasonal retail marketing needs in store, new door opening plans, traffic driving strategies and closely aligning with visual merchandising to execute elevated consumer experiences at our Nike Store Partner retail doors (NSP) nationally. This role works collaboratively across the Nike brand and Retailors Sport with in store product journeys, seasonal direction and commercial traffic driving that sets a distinct point of view for the Nike at retail.
You will work cross-functionally to align strategies and priorities and ensure store teams have the information and tools they need to enable flawless execution. Projects and deliverables you will work on include, but are not limited to:
Retail brand seasonal standards and elements with retail brand leads.
Support in store VM during seasonal and initiative executions.
NA partnership within Integrated Retail Marketing teams.
Some Seasonal Foundational OPS / in store needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Possess a clear passion for the art and science of retail brand marketing (80% of the time) visual merchandising (20%) with 3-5 years of direct relevant experience
A love for team, collaboration and creative thinking.
Strong visual background with previous experience in a vertical retail environment.
Experience working cross-functionally within a large team.
Can-do demeanor with the shown ability to adapt to changes in business needs or direction.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field will be preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Confident presentation and computer skills with experience using of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote, Mac proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to travel – fllexibility in hours and time in retail.
The annual base compensation for this position generally ranges from 73,000 - 109,600 CAD/annually. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
