Role Overview: You will be the Account Development Lead responsible for generating revenue and managing relationships with Multinational CPG manufacturers based in India. Your role will involve acquiring new clients, developing strong value propositions, growing revenue among clients, and expanding the width and depth of NielsenIQ solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for building multi-level relationships within client organizations, driving consultative selling, and ensuring seamless servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients to expand the SMB portfolio by building a robust pipeline through market research, networking, and outreach - Strengthen and grow revenue among multinational CPG manufacturers by developing a deep understanding of client business models and engaging with stakeholders across various teams - Grow account revenue by expanding both the width and depth of NielsenIQ solutions, driving consultative selling, and introducing new offerings to drive adoption - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless servicing - Achieve revenue, profitability, and cash collection targets, ensure correct pricing, drive accurate sales forecasting, and monitor financial performance vs. targets Qualifications Required: - Masters degree or a Diploma in Marketing from a reputed institute - Minimum 3-6 years experience in Marketing and Business Development with research, consulting agencies, or B2B sales - Prior working experience in the FMCG industry would be an added advantage - Knowledge of basic research techniques and methodology would be beneficial - Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and impressive oral & written communication skills - Openness to learning new digital tools for sales and marketing Additional Company Details: NielsenIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company that provides consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers with accurate, actionable information and insights.
