If you have this same drive, then let’s talk!</div><h4>Purpose of the Role:</h4> As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Advisory Team and our high-net-worth clients.  In this role, you are a member of a collaborative and client-focused team requiring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills in order to provide a high level of administrative service to our clients.  Using your in-depth knowledge of registered plan products, you will execute the overall administration of our clients' registered plans. Using your industry knowledge, communication and excellent relationship management skills - you are able to solve problems, collaborate, and deliver exceptional service to our advisors and clients.  <h4>Core Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Private Wealth team to deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client requests. </li> <li>Troubleshoot complex issues for internal teams and advisors, while proactively identifying process improvements. </li> <li>Maintain accurate and complete client data in CRM systems (Salesforce), supporting audit checks, reporting, and data integrity controls. </li> <li>Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, and operational procedures. </li> <li>Actively engage in ongoing learning and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge. </li> </ul> <h4>Required Skills & Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, including experience in operations or client services  </li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Registered Plan products, rules and regulations, and application of that knowledge with experience in processing Registered Plans transactions and troubleshooting Registered Plans queries. </li> <li>Good understanding of Canadian Investment Securities and an understanding of industry processing standards, Compliance requirements and CRA guidelines. </li> <li>Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word and experience with Salesforce </li> <li>Superior client service and relationship management skills. </li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). </li> <li>Team Player.  </li> <li>A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and think critically to seek out information and solutions independently. </li> <li>An undergraduate degree in business or finance an asset. </li> <li>Related financial services certification (CSC, CIM) an asset. </li> </ul> <h4>Compensation & Benefits Package:</h4> This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of $55,000 - $65,000, dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.  At Nicola Wealth, our people grow our business, delight our clients, and live our values every day.
