Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Technical Support Coordinator & Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time or part-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service. The position involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various platforms and operating systems. Candidates will gain valuable hands-on experience in IT support, computer networking, and help desk operations within a collaborative environment.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via help desk channels, providing clear and effective technical support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and network devices.
  • Assist users with operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and software applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Support network connectivity issues involving LAN, VPN, firewall configurations, and operating system integrations.
  • Use ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy to document issues and track resolutions.
  • Configure and support computer hardware components and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain knowledge of IT support best practices and emerging technologies to improve service delivery.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users with professionalism and patience.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems efficiently.

Experience

  • Basic understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN setup and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, and their respective support tools.
  • Experience using help desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques for common desktop applications.
  • Understanding of network security components such as firewalls and VPNs is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
