Summary
NFL Films is seeking a Seasonal Rights & Clearances Assistant to support the Rights & Clearances team. This seasonal role focuses on accounts-payable functions related to processing department invoices, as well as data entry into rights management software, and deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing tasks in a fast-moving production environment.
Essential Functions
- Monitor and update the department invoice trackers
- Create purchase orders and complete invoice coding in accordance with departmental processes.
- File and maintain records associated with all research, rights & clearances using rights management software
- Export clearance logs and compile legal deliverables
- Assist team with processing work orders or researching third party materials when necessary
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year television production experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Strong administrative and research skills are essential.
- Must be extremely organized and able to learn and utilize our internal computer systems.
- Must communicate effectively with all departments.
- Experience using AirTable preferred

- Communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments, individuals, and systems.
- Able to handle multiple projects, be able to prioritize and meet specific deadlines.
- Need to be self-motivated and be able to work well independently as much as part of a team.
