Job Title: Data Scientist – Operations Analytics / Decision Science

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong analytical skills to solve business and operational problems using data. The role focuses on forecasting, process optimization, predictive analytics, and decision support to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Build predictive and forecasting models.
Analyze operational data and identify business insights.
Develop KPI dashboards and reports.
Improve processes through analytics and optimization.
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams.

Required Skills

Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
SQL
Statistics & Hypothesis Testing
Power BI / Tableau
Forecasting & Predictive Analytics
Advanced Excel
Experience with AI tools (Claude Code / OpenAI Codex preferred)
