Clinical Administrator - Multispeciality Hospital

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the medical departments within the multi-specialty hospital, ensuring optimal patient care and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with department heads and medical staff to implement hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with the Medical Superintendent to optimize resource allocation and manage departmental budgets effectively

• Lead initiatives to improve patient care services, including quality assurance and patient safety programs.
• Facilitate communication between medical staff and administrative departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Support the recruitment, training, and evaluation of medical personnel to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards as outlined by the National Medical Council and other relevant authorities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the operational efficiency and reputation of the hospital.
• Provide emergency support and leadership during critical situations to manage hospital operations effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with hospital protocols and legal requirements.

Experience

5-10 years experience in new department setup

Qualification

MBBS degree (registered with the NMC) and often an MD/MS or Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA)
