Audit Manager-Multispecialty Hospital

As an experienced Audit Manager at a multispeciality hospital, your role will involve overseeing internal audit functions to evaluate financial operations, billing processes, internal controls, statutory compliance, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual internal audit plans.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Evaluate internal control systems and risk management processes.
• Audit IP, OP, ER billing processes.
• Review insurance, TPA, and corporate billing.
• Monitor revenue leakage and suggest corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and statutory norms.
• Coordinate with external/statutory auditors.
• Ensure adherence to NABH standards and hospital policies.
• Audit pharmacy stock, consumables, and medical supplies.
• Monitor procurement and vendor payments.
• Prevent pilferage and wastage.
• Identify financial and operational risks.
• Recommend improvements in SOPs and internal controls.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Present audit reports to management.
• Track implementation of corrective actions.
• Supervise and guide audit team members.
• Ensure timely completion of audit assignments.

Required Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
• Minimum 6 years of audit experience (preferably in healthcare/hospital industry).
