Job Opportunity – Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage general ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Compliance & Taxation: Handle statutory compliances such as TDS, GST, PF, and other regulatory payments; support return filings and ensure compliance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial forecasting.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and provide documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor payments, manage invoicing, and handle employee reimbursements.
- Financial Analysis & Strategy: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support management decisions.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA / ICWA preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective time management, problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance.
