Senior Salesforce Developer – Mumbai

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development and customization to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, developing custom applications, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, modern development practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant Salesforce Development experience

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business requirements.

Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for modern, responsive user interfaces.

Develop scalable and secure backend logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.

Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Work with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.

Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation for custom developments and integrations.

Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.

Advanced knowledge of Apex development, including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, and governor limits.

Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Flosum) or similar CI/CD solutions.

Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and data synchronization with external systems.

Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.

Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, version control, and release management.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I / II.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: Up to ₹1,449,105.84 per year
