Role Description The Writer role at Inno Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Jhansi. The Writer will create clear, engaging content for digital platforms, product communications, and marketing materials aligned with Inno Tech’s mission and brand voice. Daily responsibilities include researching topics related to education, careers, and technology, drafting and revising articles, guides, and platform content, and collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams to support product launches and campaigns. The role involves structuring information for user-facing content on Skill X, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for college students and early-career professionals. The Writer will also review and edit existing content to maintain a cohesive narrative and optimize user engagement.

• Candidates should possess research and information synthesis skills to understand complex topics and present them in an accessible manner.
• Candidates should possess content development abilities, including structuring content for web platforms, guides, and product communication.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy and familiarity with online publishing tools and collaborative content workflows.
• Relevant qualifications include excellent command of English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in education, career development, technology, or related domains is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jhansi and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
